# Legal Notice

## End User License Agreement

**Project G-Code Tutorial** ("the App") is licensed, not sold. By using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. **License Grant.** You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational use only, unless you have purchased a commercial license.

2. **Commercial Use.** Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or incorporation into paid training or internal company systems requires a valid commercial license from the publisher. Unlicensed commercial use is prohibited.

3. **Training Disclaimer.** The App provides educational G-code reference material for training purposes. The content does not replace official machine-manufacturer documentation, formal apprenticeship programs, employer instruction, or certified NIMS assessment materials. Always follow your machine’s official operator manual and shop-specific safety procedures.

4. **No Professional Advice.** The App is not professional engineering instruction. The publisher is not liable for outcomes from applying App content to real equipment, tools, workpieces, or shop operations.

5. **Safety.** Machining operations involve hazardous conditions, including rotating spindles, cutting tools, coolant, and high forces. Improper practices can cause injury or death. The publisher is not responsible for safety programs, PPE selection, lockout/tagout compliance, or shop-floor decisions.

6. **Limitation of Liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or training costs arising from the use of the App.

7. **No Warranty.** The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or merchantability.

8. **Governing Law.** This agreement is governed by the laws of the publisher’s jurisdiction.

## Privacy Notice

The App does not collect personal data unless you explicitly create an account, submit support requests, or make a purchase through a third-party processor. Purchases are handled externally; the App does not store card data.
